Not at all! You are welcome able to purchase parts as a Guest. However, having a Komatsu online account will give you access to additional features - for example; access your order history, manage your delivery addresses, be notified about news and promotions, and the option to apply to have a trading account with us.

To reset your password: 
1. At the 'Sign In' page, click 'Forgot your Password'. 
2. Enter your email address. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

You can only look up your order history if you have an account with us. To look up your order history:
1. 'Sign In' to your account and select 'My Orders'. 
2. You order history (including any current orders) will be displayed.
3. If you are a Komatsu Premium Account holder, you will also see details of any order you have placed with Komatsu offline (either via a branch or over the phone)

To apply for a Komatsu online account:
1. Go to my.komatsu.com.au (or my.komatsu.com.nz). 
2. At the top right hand corner, click on REGISTER. 
3. At the 'Register' page, enter your details, acknowledge the terms and conditions and then simply click Register. 
4. An 'Welcome to Komatsu Online!' email will be sent to you, which you will use to activate your account and set up your password.
5. Once you have done that, you will receive a 'Welcome - Registration Completed' - from there you will be able to use your new login details to access your online account

To apply for a Komatsu Premium account:
1. You must have a Komatsu online account.
2. Go to the 'Account Details' option (drop down menu in top right hand corner)
3. Click the 'Apply for Premium Account' button.
4. Download the form. Complete it and email it to online@komatsu.com.au.
5. We will review your application and contact you to advise whether your application has been successful.
6. If successful, your online account will be upgraded to a Komatsu Premium Online Account

This feature is only available to Komatsu Premium account customers and this feature is only available to the primary account holder. To add a user to your account:
1. From the top right hand drop down menu, select 'Manage Users'.
2. Click the 'Add User' button.
3. Complete the details for the new user.
4. Select the role as 'Admin', 'Accounts' or 'Buyer' you wish the user to have. NOTE: Once a user has been assigned a role, you will not be able to change it at a later stage.
5. Click the 'Save' button.
Please Note: By giving access to another user to this account, you are accepting full responsibility for any activities they perform on the site.

This feature is only available to Komatsu Premium account customers - and those with Admin access to the account. To remove a user to your account:
1. Sign in to your account and select 'Manage Users'.
2. Search for the user or scroll down until their name is listed.
3. Click the 'DELETE' to remove the user from the account.

You can search by Part number, keyword, or via a Komatsu part books. If you have a Komatsu Premium account, you can also do a bulk upload of the parts required.

To update your account details:
1. 'Sign In' to your account and select 'Account Details'.
2. Follow the prompts on this page to change and save details as required.
Please Note: You cannot change your email address or billing details online. If you need to change these details, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ).

As security precaution, if you attempt to sign in 5 times with an incorrect email and password combination, your account will be locked. To have your account unlocked, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ).

We take your privacy seriously. For more information please see the our Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

Some orders may qualify for a choice in delivery options - Standard or Express. If you have the choice between two delivery options, please note that your entire order must be delivered using a single method. If you wish to select Express Delivery for some items and Standard Delivery for other items, you will need to process two separate online orders.
