An order receipt will be included with your order confirmation and a tax invoice will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched (please ensure you opt in to receive email notification). If your order is split across multiple shipments, you will receive a tax invoice after each part is shipped. You can pay for your order using your credit card. We accept both MasterCard and Visa. If you are a Komatsu Premium account customer, you may also be able to pay with you Komatsu Credit Account

You can search by Part number, keyword, or via a Komatsu part books. If you have a Komatsu Premium account, you can also do a bulk upload of the parts required.

If you are overseas, you can place your order using your login details, however, delivery will only be available to a street address in Australia or New Zealand. We do not ship overseas and we do not ship to PO boxes, Parcel post or military addresses.

Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

No. The limit of your online transaction is dependent on your credit card limit or account limit (if you are a Komatsu Premium customer with an approved line of credit with us).

For my.komatsu.com.au, all orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD). For my.komatsu.co.nz, all orders are calculated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

For each individual online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check the email of the login used to place the order for a copy of that email (be sure to check your junk mail or spam box). If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) for assistance.

This feature is only available to Komatsu Premium account customers. As a Komatsu Premium account customer, you are able to populate a spreadsheet containing a list of all parts you require and the related quantity for each part. To upload your bulk order, simply log into your Komatsu Online account, click on the "cart" found on the top right of the screen and click on the "Import" button. The popup box will provide you with step by step instructions. Once loaded, the feature will advise if the item is in stock, out of stock or superseded and automatically populate your cart, as required. 

If your credit card has been declined, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. If your bank or credit card issuer advised that there is no issue at their end, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) for assistance.

We do not reserve stock for orders saved in your cart. Stock is only reserved when you proceed to payment. If the item has since been sold to another party, you will be advised of the new quantity in stock. You will be required to reduce the quantity in your cart to match the quantity available or remove the item from your cart altogether. If you require further assistance sourcing the item, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ). 

For security reasons, your online session will timeout after 20 minutes. If you are signed into your online account, any items added to your cart will be saved to your cart. If you are using our site as a Guest, your cart will NOT be saved.
