Terms and Conditions

1. Spend a minimum of $100.00 (excluding GST and delivery) in a single transaction on the myKomatsu portal (https://my.komatsu.com.au/) from 01 February 2021 to 31 March 2021 and submit the Redemption Form (Eligible Transaction) to go into the draw to win 1 of 10 Komatsu Dart Boards (RPR: $289.00 including GST) (Offer). There is a total of ten (10) Komatsu Dart Boards to be won (Prize).
2. Total Prize pool RPR value: AUD$2,890.00 (including GST). Komatsu takes no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.
3. Offer applies to Eligible Transactions placed between 01 February 2021 to 31 March 2021 (Offer Period).
4. Limit one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Transaction during the Offer Period, and multiple entries are permitted during the Offer Period per entrant. Each entry must be submitted in a separate Eligible Transaction and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
5. Acceptance of the Prize is subject to, and conditional on, the Prize winner or their approved nominee being able to lawfully accept the Prize. If for any reason, the Prize winner cannot accept the Prize, then the Prize may be forfeited, and no compensation will be paid in lieu.
6. The winners of the Prize may be announced publicly (and their details published) on 5 April 2021 at 12:00pm AEDT via the Komatsu Australia website and the Komatsu Australia Facebook page. The individual winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the Prize will then be posted to the winners nominated address.
7. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 12 April 2021 at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW, 2165, Australia. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw.
8. In accepting the Prize, the Prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The Prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them
9. This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
10. All prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST, transportation and shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
11. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available in Australia.
12. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice.
13. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
