Terms and Conditions

  1. Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win a MILWAUKEE 18V FUEL™ BRUSHLESS 2 PIECE 1 X 2.0AH/2 X 5.0AH ONE-KEY™ COMBO KIT (Offer) when you subscribe to receive email marketing communication on the myKomatsu Portal at https://my.komatsu.com.au/sign-up (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Subscription). The prize is valued at AUD$798 (including GST and delivery). 

  2. Offer applies to Eligible Subscriptions made between 16 October 2023 and 15 December 2023 (Offer Period). 

  3. One (1) entry per person. Any Eligible Subscriptions made outside the Offer Period will not be eligible to redeem the Offer. 

  4. There is 1 prize in total to be won. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The winner will be selected using a random name generator at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office on 18 December 2023. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then by posted to the winners nominated address. 

  5. In the event the prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the prize will be redrawn on 18 January 2023 at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 

  6. In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.

  7. This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 

  8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers in Australia.

  9. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice. 

  10. Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee. 

  11. Entry to this Promotion is open to all Australian citizens or residents. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. 

  12. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
