Terms and Conditions

1. Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win a PlayStation 5 Pack including one (1) PlayStation 5 Console, one (1) F1 24 PlayStation 5 game and one (1) Logitech G923 TRUEFORCE Racing Wheel and Pedals for PlayStation 5 (Offer) when you place an online parts order over $500 on the myKomatsu Portal at https://my.komatsu.com.au/  (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Order). The prize is valued at AUD$1,387 (including GST and delivery). 
   
   
2. Offer applies to Eligible Orders made between 1 October 2024 and 31 December 2024 (Offer Period). 
   
   
3. One (1) entry per Eligible Order. There is no limit the number of entries per person. 
   
   
4. There are three (3) prizes in total to be won. The total prize pool is valued at AUD$4,161. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will win the prize. The winner will be selected using a random name generator at 94 Sheffield Road, Welshpool, Western Australia, 6109 at 2:00pm (AEDT) on 9 January 2025. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then by posted to the winners nominated address. 
   
   
5. In the event a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the prize will be redrawn on at 2:00pm on 10 February 2025 at 94 Sheffield Road, Welshpool, Western Australia 6109. The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 
   
   
6. In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
   
   
7. This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 
   
   
8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers in Australia.
   
   
9. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice. 
   
   
10. Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee or supplier of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee. 
    
    
11. Winner(s) must refer to their own corporate policies before accepting the Prize.
    
    
12. Entry to this Promotion is open to all Australian citizens or residents. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. 
    
    
13. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered. 
    
    
14. Komatsu respects the rights of individuals to privacy and the Komatsu Privacy Policy sets out how Komatsu collects and treats personal information. Komatsu Australia’s ‘Privacy Policy’ is available at komatsu.com.au and will apply to all entries made for this Promotion.
