Terms and Conditions
Receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win a Komatsu scale model (Offer) when you place an online parts order over $200 on the myKomatsu Portal at https://my.komatsu.com.au (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Order).
Offer applies to Eligible Orders placed each calendar day between 1 August 2025 and 14 August 2025. Each calendar day is a separate Offer Period.
One (1) entry per Eligible Order per Offer Period. There is a limit of 14 entries per entrant.
The prize is valued at least AUD$168.73 (excluding GST and delivery). There are 14 prizes in total to be won. The total prize pool is valued at approximately AUD$2,818.40 (excluding GST and delivery).
The first valid entry drawn per Offer Period will win the prize. The winner(s) will be selected using a random name generator at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165. The draw for each Offer Period will occur at 2:00pm (AEST) on the next Business Day after the Offer Period. In the event of multiple draws occurring on the same day, the first draw will be for the earliest Offer Period to occur.
The winner(s) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then by posted to the winners nominated address.
In the event a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the prize(s) will be redrawn at 2:00pm on 16 September 2025 at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165. The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner(s) will not be eligible for the Offer in subsequent Offer Periods.
In accepting the prize, the prize winner(s) agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner(s) further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers in Australia.
Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee or supplier of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
Winner(s) must refer to their own corporate policies before accepting the Prize.
Entry to this Promotion is open to all Australian citizens or residents registered to use the myKomatsu Portal. Entrants must be 18 years of age at the time of making the Eligible Order.
Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
