KVX Excavator Cutting Edge (Bucket Lip), for M48 2-bolt system, Straight, 5 teeth stations, bevelled, 1520 x 400 x 45, 214kg. KVX bucket lips (also sometimes named "cutting edges" or "front plates") are manufactured in Norway from unique Sagitta® steel. With a hardness similar to that of a conventional cast tooth, and extremely high tensile strength and impact resistance, KVX's lips are a very "different animal" to conventional plate steel bucket lips. These lips are machined and drilled to accept selected KVX bolted GET elements at the factory. P.no. 131342 is a straight lip designed for excavators in the 19~27t class with buckets around 1500mm lip width. It is a bevelled lip, and can be fitted with a range of KVX bolted M48 teeth or E2 bolted adapters in various combinations.
