Terms and Conditions

1. The first five hundred (500) new customers to validly complete the online form on the myKomatsu Portal at https://my.komatsu.com.au/offers/free-kowa-kit (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Redemption) will receive a free Komatsu Oil Sample kit (KOWA Kit) valued at AUD$32 (excluding GST) with a total promotional pool of AUD$16,000.  The KOWA Kit will be shipped to the winners free of charge. 
   
   
2. Offer applies to an Eligible Redemption made between 19 March 2024 and 27 May 2024 (Offer Period). 
   
   
3. One (1) entry per customer who has not previously used Komatsu’s Condition Monitoring Services before. Customer must provide a valid ABN and the machine/serial/plant to be tested. Any Eligible Redemption made outside the Offer Period will not be eligible to redeem the promotion. An Eligible Redemption made by an existing customer within the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Promotion. 
   
   
4. There are 500 prizes in total to be won. The first 500 eligible customers to submit an Eligible Redemption will receive one (1) KOWA Kit delivered to the customer’s nominated address. Winners will be notified via email within 5-7 business days. Komatsu will provide the winners each with a one (1) sample report free of charge within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of Komatsu receiving the sample. Each report will be emailed to the individual winners via the email supplied. 
   
   
5. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 29 May 2024. The individual winners any redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 
   
   
6. In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
   
   
7. This Promotion cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 
   
   
8.  This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available for customers in Australia with a valid delivery address and ABN.
   
   
9.  Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
   
   
10. Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee. 
    
    
11.  Entry to this Promotion is open to all Australian businesses or companies a valid ABN (including sole traders). Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. 
    
    
12. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered. 
    
    
13. Komatsu respects the rights of individuals to privacy and the Komatsu Privacy Policy sets out how Komatsu collects and treats personal information. Komatsu Australia’s ‘Privacy Policy’ is available at Policy Template (komatsu.com.au) and will apply to all entries made for this Promotion.
