Terms and Conditions

1. Create an online account or premium online account and place an online parts order of up to $1,000 (including GST) on the myKomatsu Portal (https://my.komatsu.com.au/https://my.komatsu.co.nz) (Eligible Entries) and receive one (1) automatic entry to go into the draw to win the value of your Eligible Entry back (Offer).
   
   
2. Offer applies to Eligible Entry made between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025 (Offer Period).
   
   
3. There are four (4) prizes in total to be won. One winner will be selected each Friday during the Offer Period. The first 4 valid.
   
   
4. The winners will have their Eligible Entries refunded via the original payment method.
   
   
5. One (1) Eligible Entry per person. Any additional Eligible Entries made during the Offer Period will not be eligible to redeem the Offer.
   
   
6. Each winner will be selected using a random name generator at 94 Sheffield Road, Welshpool, Western Australia, 6109 at 2:00pm (AEDT) on October 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
   
   
7. In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
   
   
8. This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
   
   
9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers in Australia.
   
   
10. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
    
    
11. Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee or supplier of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
    
    
12. Winner(s) must refer to their own corporate policies (if any) before accepting the Prize.
    
    
13. Entry to this Promotion is open to all Australian & New Zealand citizens or residents. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter.
    
    
14. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
    
    
15. Komatsu respects the rights of individuals to privacy, and the Komatsu Privacy Policy sets out how Komatsu collects and treats personal information. Komatsu Australia’s ‘Privacy Policy’ is available at Policy Template (komatsu.com.au) and will apply to all entries made for this Promotion.
